Authorization for cloud services takes too long


When you try to mount cloud services as a drive, a pop-up window appears.

The pop-up windows is for authorization and it requests your credentials for the cloud services.

If the pop-up window appears but without any content in it, please check Internet Explorer options, 'Proxy Auto Detect'.

Turn off the 'Proxy Auto Detect' and try the authorization again.
